    Ordered a lot of 19 sticks of desktop RAM. Of the 19 sticks of RAM I received, 8 are for servers and not compatible with desktops. Contacted seller regarding this and unfortunately received no response. Item shipped quickly and was packaged well, but when close to half of the lot is unusable unfortunately I had to file an INAD.

    The item arrived in a rigid cardboard box undamaged. The seller sealed the box in a plastic outer protective bag and placed fragile stickers on it. Thank you for the excellent waterproof and padded packaging of this fragile electronic item. The item, a p.c. board assembly from 40 years ago, was exactly as described in the seller's photos. I am very pleased with this purchase and with your shipping expertise. I highly recommend this seller.
