    Item received as advertised, good value & communication, prompt processing & shipping, but original box showed damage since it arrived in a non-padded envelope. Fortunately, product wasn't damaged. Gel & baits were placed as recommended, however results have been spotty, since some insect activity is still evident. Looks like another application will be needed, but no problem with the seller, except for the packing material.
