Everything was fantastic, quick shipping (day early!) and perfectly packaged in a well cushioned box. 1 problem: FedEx driver delivered the box UPSIDE DOWN! Clearly marked with arrows and words... definitely major driver mistake, and could have severely damaged the unit if I had not known what to do. Unit is WONDERFUL and I recommend this seller.

I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly. They worked with me and we came to a mutual agreement to refund some of the money instead of going through the hassle of shipping it back. Of course they gave me both options but I decided on the refund. They were understanding through the process.
