Seller kept in touch throughout. It eventually resurfaced and finally arrived. The camcorder and accessories were packaged well and in good condition. Everything functions as described. I feel it is a great value for the price. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and would gladly buy from this seller again.

Arrived quickly and was packaged well, but could have used some more padding. Despite this, no damage occurred during shipping. Would buy from this seller again.
