    Well packed and arrived promptly via Evri which is a minor miracle with them doing the deliveries. Excellent communication from the Seller keeping me informed all the way. As described on Sellers Page, genuine replacement part but unfortunately the new print head hasn’t solved the problem (B200). Won't hesitate to use this Seller again and have added them to my very short “Saved Sellers” List.

    Charging light only comes on for each 2nd battery placed - which never turn green to indicate charged. I contacted the seller to explain my dissatisfaction & to say i would be returning the item. I put it back in the box (replacing the plastic plug cover & including the directions) & into the original plastic bag - exactly as it had arrived - but the seller only refunded £6 saying it "wasn't returned in the original condition". Although Ebay refunded me, I wouldn't trust this seller again.
