The box of the item suffered minor denting on the corner, but was otherwise fine. The controller feels satisfying in the hands, and has a nice sound and click. It arrived sealed, in perfect condition as advertised. Product itself was in new condition with box unopened, but accessory box appeared to have been opened prior to shipping. After checking, all items were included and appeared to be in new condition as well. Delivery time was much faster than the original estimate, beating the initial estimate by a month, and overall I'm happy with the transaction.
