He said that he received the item in damage condition and I offered him a replacmeent or refund immediately. he started the return case then I provided the return label and while I was waiting for returning item, he closed the case and then he said he can not wait for return and replacmeent and he left this feedback while i was trying to communicate with him. I am not sure what else i can offer to him

I left a message for them and they fixed it within 2 hours without canceling the order and re-order. SUPER HAPPY with them. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet.
