Got the laptop and it is as described. Idk if I would say refurbished, as the keyboard was really dirty and needed to be blown out and cleaned. But the computer seems to work just fine. Battery holds a charge and everything. Overall I'd give it a 8.5/10

This seller obviously puts in top notch work in refurbishing these laptops. What I did receive was a near seamless device in great condition that worked immediately. I’m so happy it worked out the way it did. I got great devices at an affordable price and earned trust to this seller. In an addition the appearance of the packaging shows their willingness to meet a customers’ expectations. Great Job!!!

What else can they accomplish besides acting as an email laptop? I downloaded the user manual and was surprised at the many neat things they could do. The fun began when I synchronized the Chromebook with my Google account. My main laptop was turned off, and I was able to see all of my settings on my Acer. I rate this seller/transaction A+++++!!

By the way, the upgrade was preloaded on the laptop as described by the seller; all I had to do was wait for everything to be downloaded and added to the computer. The packaging was perfect as the laptop turned on the first time, I pressed the on button. The seller tossed in the power supply. I rate this seller/transaction A+++++!! Thank you.
