I contacted them and within 4 days we had 2 perfect lights hanging in our bathroom. Now Minka Lavery is a quality brand, but this customer service was of an even higher quality. Great value and quality so I would recommend this seller. My only complaint is it arrived a day late but no fault of seller but rather the postal service kept it at their facility an extra day for some reason.
