Battery lifespan was at 100%, the watch was clean, had no scratches and even came with a brand new band and charging cable. If i didnt buy it, there would be no way to tell that it wasnt brand new from the factory. 100% recommend this seller and products. Next time, all my expensive electronics will be coming from this seller. No more buying new and wasting my money.

Setup went smoothly just like a new watch would, and it immediately paired with my phone and apple ID. All features appear to be fully operational. I was a little wary of getting this as a refurb, but gave it a shot due to the big savings over buying new, and I have no regrets. (other than not being able to call Apple for help, there's a learning curve to it) I did buy a better band.

The band that came with the watch was not OEM i.e. not an original Apple Band. I figured it wasn't OEM given it's lack of emphasis in the listing that it was. Very happy with my purchase nonetheless and would buy from and recommend this seller in a heartbeat.

Had questions about ports, responded quickly prior to ordering. • Some scratches on the front, under the logo, but that's it! • Packaged very well for shipping. • Received new power cord too. • Ordered Thursday late afternoon & received Saturday. Very happy with choice - $1270 rather than $3000 for new one Would order from supplier again.

Fast 2-day shipping! Only issue was the packaging—the box wasn’t sealed properly and was shipped in just a FedEx envelope, which felt a bit risky. Luckily, no damage. Overall, great experience and would buy from this seller again.

A mention about shipping which is known, out of the hand of Supplytronics, the outer box had a hole in it, 1 inch by 1 & a half inches. Supplytronics prepared for this possibility by putting a box within a box. The outer box was Very Stout and large, some shipping wrap? may have gone inside to keep inter computer box from sliding around, but outer damage didn't effect the inter. Shipping so often comes with issues. Supplytronics was GREAT. Great Indeed
