Packing could've been better--as both drives were only wrapped in a single sheet of bubble wrap. As others have posted, one drive was Seagate, and the other was Western Digital, so not exactly as described. Had no prob with the Seagate, but the WDigital at first gave me probs during the clean install process. However, after working with it about a month, it seems OK. Let's hope it stays that way. Good service.

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. The item was used and an old keyboard, but not in ideal condition, so I think the price was a little too high.

By the way, the upgrade was preloaded on the laptop as described by the seller; all I had to do was wait for everything to be downloaded and added to the computer. The packaging was perfect as the laptop turned on the first time, I pressed the on button. The seller tossed in the power supply. I rate this seller/transaction A+++++!! Thank you.
