I realize that the seller has no control over the postal service. The hat is a NEW, good quality hat and it was sold at a very good price. Sellers customer service and response time are great. He offered a full refund of the item. He is very understanding and a real gentleman. I would recommend this seller to anyone. Never leave a bad review without contacting the seller first. After I messaged buyer, she stated in message to me she was mad because I didn't offer a pick up option. LOL. She saw the terms of the auction. Never reached out.
