Response time was only couple hours and they had fixed the problem and sent me new one at no extra cost. It was very cool if them, because they let me keep the set, which had fog lights and they let me have them and still sent me a new package. No stress, very easy transaction.

The bulbs were brand new and they were priced well. They aren't as bright as I thought they would be but that could be due to the haze of my lens never the less I'm satisfied with the purchase.
