When I messaged the seller they responded almost immediately. We messaged back and forth a couple times and they issued a refund within minutes. I am impressed and will happily buy from again. It was clearly not the seller’s fault that the unit was bad as it was new and still fully sealed in the clamshell packaging. Thank you for understanding and so quickly handling it.
