I get the drop shipping thing (if this was the case) and out of stock items but putting up a tracking number led me to believe they were buying time. Disappointed that my cat didn't get what she needed. It was listed at a very good price. Wonder if the seller didn't just need money, so they listed items they didn't have with no plan in delivering.
