The design was really sleek and looks great on my desk even as a cutter machine. It took me a while to set it up but it works great! I’ve never gotten so much value out of a product before. The only downside I can see was that the box looked slightly beaten up, but that doesn’t matter when the product itself is amazing!

The outside box was a perfect brown box as described but inside was a totally untouched official box. Everything was wrapped in foam packing and taped everywhere. I don't know how you do it but the price was unbelievable even with small extra duty charges. I am so thrilled. Thank you so very much!

The Silhouette Pro 24" arrived brand new, exactly as described, with all accessories included. Inside the brown shipping box was the original box, which had only minor wear. Not the seller’s fault—two screws in the bottom of the machine had likely come loose during shipment from the manufacturer, but I easily secured them myself. The machine looks fantastic, works perfectly, and I’m very happy with this purchase!
