Instructions were not too hard to follow.. once you got the first shelf in.. the rest was easy. There is a sticker on the very last shelf.. don't bother removing this as its right on the top and not seen.. we tried peeling it off and ended up with a sticky mess.. the one securing screw and bracket we got was not very good as our skirting boards are quite chunky.. and this would not have fitted easily.. metal frame..

Top marks to supplier though, who not only chased Amazon several times but gave us 15% partial refund for the inconvenience. Thanks, that's how to run a business. Apart from delivery issue we are highly delighted with this unit, it looks great in our hallway.

My item was fully tracked and arrived next day, although it stated I wouldn’t receive the item for approximately 3 days. Amazing service! The dog pram is exactly as described. The size is suitable for my elderly dog,who is a shizu cross westie, to lay down. Love the fact you can have the hood down or up with the front and/or back open. It was easy to assemble. Great value and the packaging ensured it arrived in good condition. Great seller.
