There were no scratches or signs of wear and tear on the phone. When the device is turned on screen is of good quality. As well as the picture. Overall price was reasonable for the grade of the phone. I would buy again from this seller. Appearance was as expected.

Although the cosmetic look was newish, I need a phone with a battery that will last a long time, especially with spending 450. So, I asked to return, they replied, and the day it arrived back, received a full refund. Thank you very much for the helpful communication and being easy to talk with in everything.

It "woke up" fine, but then Apple Devices app had trouble transferring the data and getting it going. Exasperating experience. After five hours of trying everything, it gave me an error code, and I did a Google search on it, got the impression it might be a faulty cable. (This was the new cable provided by the seller.) Tried an old cable, setup then went fine.

Asked about expedited shipping and Steve responded right away. Sent the phone out the next day and I got it in time for my trip. Phone arrived out of the original package, but that was stated in the description. Was in the condition described and I had no trouble transferring my data. Recommend this seller!

Steve was great with communication and quick delivery. Highly recommend this seller, he’s honest and he delivers what he promises. Wish I found this seller first. Dealt with Belatron and had problems getting all of my money back with a supposedly new phone that had a defective battery. Luckily, ebay stepped in and reimbursed what I was owed.
