I got this straighter for a great price and it arrived in brand new condition/appearance. as if I purchased directly from Dyson. I purchased this as a replacement for one that I already known. When it works it works well but this specific model is known for premature battery failure so I’m glad this seller was offering it at a great price. I do not expect the battery to last long but I am able to use it plugged in if the battery fails.

One note for buyers- don't pay attention to the USPS tracking info. It still only says "label created" even after delivery. It doesn't update the tracking properly. The Corrale is hefty but not too heavy to use comfortably. Also there were no crunchy noises or snagging of hair.
