However shipping 5 days after they said was shipped, but only a label was created is really not acceptable if you are operating a business. I had to ask when it would be shipped, and as usual, sellers who are slow to ship, always say that USPS hadn’t updated yet. Really. We can all track shipments today and see when you ACTUALLY drop the item off. Wish sellers would say sorry and stop insulting our intelligence.

Have bought from this seller several times and I keep going back due to the quality of her chandeliers. They are very unique pieces and very timeless. She packs them well for shipping and considering they are frail and glass she has manage to ship me three chandeliers at various times and they always arrive safely. She also is good at answering your questions. I recommend this seller and I will be back to buy more pieces from her!

We had a touch of work getting the wire through the chain I had ordered because the plug and switch were just a little big for the chain I had chosen. But it was quickly done and we hung the chandelier within a few hours of receiving it. It's just stunning. It's hanging over my small living room bar and it looks great. Thanks so much!! Highly recommend this seller!!! A+++

The Postal Service did a number on the box they came in. It was smashed on the sides the top the bottom and had one corner of literally blown out, but the pieces were carefully wrapped and tucked inside and we're perfectly fine! Thank you again for such a great wrapping job on these pieces! Best regards!
