    Good packaging, only one small bit of damage to one end seam, can be bent back in place. 3 week delivery was acceptable, as probably came from Germany. Good communication with seller.

    A disappointing service. Ordered the h.brake cable and after payment, the expected delivery date increased by a week! The description clearly states ‘the pictured image is the one you’ll receive’ this is absolutely not the case. Response to messages are delayed and have to be with a prompt. Also - this company is not really the cheapest either. Whilst they don’t disclose the make of the part, I researched it once it turned up and they were £10 more expensive than most. I’d avoid this lot.

    Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I’ve been waiting 11 days for a part, and despite calling twice during that time, I wasn’t given any tracking information until I followed up again on the 11th day. It seems they don’t keep stock on hand and likely order everything in after purchase. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company. chat to follow in pics i uploaded
