But it's a funny story that started accidentally receiving the wrong item. Communication, shipping, packaging was great - easy, timely, the normal stuff but where Jak kicked into high gear was when i opened up the package to see the wrong item. Oops! Jak was amazing! His customer service was fast, polite, customer forward, and honest.
