Then was refunded when it was realized that we were in correspondence. An apology was offered and with a possibility of restock as the excuse was "inventory" was off and "these things happen". A coupon was offered that has yet to arrive....

Quickly notified me that one of the albums I ordered was not available but offered to go the extra mile to find an alternative. Much appreciated! When the order arrived it was well packaged and included some personalized trading cards of Metal Musicians. A nice touch. I image if there is a brick and border place for the parlor, it would be a great place to visit.
