After a lengthly startup the start screen displayed “Secondary User Name, Enter Password”. What ever the HECK that ment. Probably a returned used unit, or a flawed install of the operating system. So I can only state that the unit was in “Like New Condition” in order of appearance. Working after Lenovos customer service directions, and a complete system reset to useable condition. Will not recommend or do business with gain.
