Shipping could be a little better as the phone was free to move in the box but they wrapped the phone in plastic with a screen protector so the very good condition they claimed was preserved. The phone works great but there were warnings about the battery and camera being replaced that had to be cleared. It was a non-issue for me but might be an issue for some. Would buy again as needed.

I want to think the company that sold this phone for being very professional getting it out in a timely manner. Also, the phone is in pristine condition. You can’t tell if it’s used or not I am deeply in love with this phone And moving forward. I would definitely be buying phones from you as long as you’re up for business 10 out of 10 for me, quality value in appearance is all A1

The one thing I will say is while a new battery is greatly appreciated, unfortunately the battery provided is not an official apple product. While it is not the end of the world, I would have preferred a standard apple battery as the quality of the one put in cannot be affirmed. Other than that phone is as promised.

Unfortunately, it received a small bit of a damage in shipment (no fault of the seller, the package was quite beat up and the phone was packaged well). The seller was quick to respond, offered multiple resolutions, and followed up. Aside from the small bit of damage, the phone was exactly as described and otherwise looked brand new. Great value!

However, I don't think it was packaged correctly, and the shipping information from FedEx was confusing (it stated it was arriving, but it didn't). Maybe the shipper inspected the contents along the way - don't know. Regardless, this is the fourth phone I've purchased from this seller and am still pleased.
