I did ask the seller how it goes together and to make sure that there was no defects in one of the pieces- they made sure all was good and I appreciated that. Recommend this seller

I contacted them and within 4 days we had 2 perfect lights hanging in our bathroom. Now Minka Lavery is a quality brand, but this customer service was of an even higher quality.
