It was time to get cluster repaired. I removed the cluster, sent it. I drove my truck for a week with no cluster. They repaired it and shipped it back in one day. NO MORE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! Speed sensor code gone gas gauge works! Cruise control works! 😃

I was able to pass emissions testing! There is much rejoicing! Only down side is shipping using USPS Priority Mail is taking at least 7 days to get there and 7 days to get back to me. Seems to be a USPS issue because tracking was saying 3 days to them and 3 days back, but it was more like 7 days each way. Other than USPS, the service was perfect! Thank you!

The speedometer is working properly and I'm waiting to see how the gas gauge is functioning. The repair turnaround was fast . The USPS priority mail was terrible, it took a week to get to them and a week to get back to me. My truck was out of commission for two weeks! Consider another shipper when sending yours in.

Just as described, I used a full function scan tool and eliminated all the codes including the internal cluster SRS code. I highly recommend this company to repair these Volvo clusters with common failures. they shipped it back via UPS in a carefully wrapped box.
