The packing was poor with packing tape used to hold the address label but not to seal the jiffy bag which was coming open in the post. Communication was poor with one email saying they no longer had the DVD because it had been sold then another saying it was in the post. I would only buy from this seller again if nobody else had what I wanted.The Sagas of Noggin the Nog (DVD, 2005, 2-Disc Box Set) (#306388022403)
