The seller could not apologize enough to me, I received my refund before I had even posted the blu-ray back to an address in this country. A big thank you to everyone for the professional way that this has been resolved

The outside of the shipping box was undamaged. Kind of sucks. Not sure if I want to return and reorder just to have a mint pop box. A credit of some kind would be appreciated. Definitely would buy from again despite the small problem.
