I am disappointed the dolphin was broken, and that there was no mention of this in the pictures or message from the seller. Packaging was decent, everything protected in bubblewrap. If I had known about the broken item and still ordered it, this would be a positive review, but since I was unaware of it being broken, neutral.

I've bought from them twice now, and both times there have been missing and not-as-described items in what I've gotten from them, which this seller ABSOLUTELY REFUSES TO FIX, only making excuses for why they can't. If Ebay actually addressed seller misconduct in regards to missing/Fradulent quality listings, they wouldn't still be operating. BUYER BEWARE.
