I was a little disappointed in that it was a graphic glued to foam board, but that is my fault for not reading carefully enough. To me "scratch built" implied a 3d detailed representation and the price I thought a bit much. Having said that, it is a decent product for what it is. Like I said, it will work on my layout as a background piece. Well packaged, fast shipping, good transaction.

He never responded to any of my inquiries about if and when he planned on shipping it. I even threatened to contact eBay and file a complaint. He still didn’t respond. I opened a case, informing eBay that I wanted my money back. Then he sent it. I should have refused it. When it finally arrived, the item didn’t light up as advertised! Stay away from this seller!
