The seller was also very helpful with regards to customs requirements for entering the UK. What wasn't so good was the shipping time and the packaging. It took a long time to be dispatched, but once it was dispatched the tracking system was great. This is a very popular addition to my sound therapy practice. Thank you! 🙏

Item is far more crude then the pictures suggest, shipped from Nepal instead of S Australia, took ages to send it and they won't communicate on any level, this store is NOTHING like they use to be, their standards have dropped like a lead weight so don't be fooled, I doubt I'll ever buy anything from them ever again
