Perhaps the confusion is that the product is a NON NGO product and not an organic product as there is a difference. I did receive some candy pieces and tea, which was a nice touch. I would do business with this seller again.

They said they packed it the way they always do, and it should have arrived "OK". IT DID NOT. I sent them pictures, and the seller still wants to argue that their packaging is fine. Crappy customer service.
