The keyboard was sold as used and refurbished and I have no complaints as the seller responded immediately with the offer of a paid label for return. This method has kept every item safe during transit. However, I’ve also learned that you can’t please every customer all the time. For the record, I understand that I’m responsible for ensuring the item arrives in the condition described, and that’s what should be judged—not the specific packaging method I use.

Arrived properly packed in a Lenovo box but the box has a different part number (crossed out) for a German layout keyboard. The keyboard itself is UK layout and backlit, which is the correct one that was ordered.
