Working just now but will want a refund. So dissapointed as I have a trip booked and the venue only allows you on the water if you have a 42 inch net.

I emailed them to inform them of this, thinking they would say send it back,so we can send you a knew one,but they infact sent me a new one. No mither with packaging it up and sending it back,they just sent me a new one..thank you A++++++

There was an issue with my initial order and I sent a message to them and they replied straight away with no fuss. They apologised for the mix up and sent a replacement express delivery and it was with me the following day. Can’t fault them on the product or customer service. If only everyone was as good as these. Will definitely use again. Excellent quality gloves and value for money.
