They did absolutely everything right that they could do including getting a new one out to me immediately after shipping errors and breakage during shipping the packaging was phenomenal on both items, long story short if you need an item that these folks are selling, buy it from them.

One handle was partly charged but the other handle had zero charge and showed no evidence of electrical “life” after an hour on the charger, so I assumed the handle was defective. I sent a message to the seller, who advised keeping the handle on the charger for 24 hours before concluding there was a problem. The seller was right—it took several hours for any of the charging lights to light up but it did fully charge. A+ seller!
