I assumed it was late because of the holiday chaos, no big deal. I opened the package and the gasket had been folded during packaging as it was creased into the fold of the cardboard they packaged it with. Wasn't folded due to shipping. Reached out and they said they'd replace it. Waited a month and still nothing. I reached out again with no response.
