New Jersey listed by seller, but your shipping will be from China, not the USA, through an unrecognizable Chinese shipping company called "Yun Express". I was troubled, but order should be here in 7 days. I saw another review claiming Yun Express had their order from China to USA in 4 days. That's very good, not a problem. I don't prefer ordering from China, ever, but 7 days is okay this one time. Best Wishes!!

But, after I contacted eBay about the error he refunded my entire amount. The quality of the buckles are average for the price I paid. I ended up buying the webbing from a different seller because I didn't want to deal with this seller anymore.
