The first computer was kind of dead on arrival and very frustrating to have that happen. But Tech Leaf took care of the issue and sent out a replacement and it is working great. I purchased the i7 - 64GB Ram / 2TB SSD + All the Accessories for connect up. FYI: One problem with power Plug, it would not make connection. I use my old power plug and it powered up.

The product has some minor scratches, I assume from previous use. Everything inside is in place, just as the seller described. I installed a higher-capacity video card, since the built-in one is half a GB, which is too small for 3D designs and working with graphics and photos. Overall, it's a good product. There's one thing about paid warranties that I haven't fully understood yet, but I'll clarify it with Seller

Awesome, right? Well, yes and no, as the case latch handle had been separated from the case before reaching me. Case wasn't in horrible shape - just missing the case release handle. Contacted vendor and immediately received superior customer service and communications. Kailey know her business very well. A person could NOT have a more pleasant experience!
