They look practically new. I was shocked by the appearance of this latest machine though; It's so tiny! I've had external hard drives & CD-ROM drives bigger than this thing. In this instance, perhaps in this instance alone, size doesn't matter. I got my money's worth with this machine. If anything goes wrong? I've got the insurance too! A+ Refurbisher & seller!

Awesome, right? Well, yes and no, as the case latch handle had been separated from the case before reaching me. Case wasn't in horrible shape - just missing the case release handle. Contacted vendor and immediately received superior customer service and communications. Kailey know her business very well. A person could NOT have a more pleasant experience!
