When the order arrived it was well packaged and included some personalized trading cards of Metal Musicians. A nice touch. I image if there is a brick and border place for the parlor, it would be a great place to visit. Got yelled at about not reading an email for this item "to have patience". I explained that and the reply was "can not refund due to case being opened". ?! Then was refunded when it was realized that we were in correspondence. An apology was offered and with a possibility of restock as the excuse was "inventory" was off and "these things happen". A coupon was offered that has yet to arrive....
