All parts were included except the ball again not unexpected. The locking pieces were replaced with another colors set so the colors were different but for the price and free shipping, I could not be happier. This looks so well made and looks like it will last a long time when used outdoors unlike another I had that fell apart. Thank you for offering these opened box ones at a great price. 😁
