Somehow, while with FedEx, the box got completely soaked in some sort of oil. It seemed like a bottle of mineral oil leaked all over it. It was drenched to the point FedEx put it in a bag to deliver it, and the bag was also drenched. I was sure it would be ruined, but the seller's packaging kept it bone dry and it works great! Item is in great condition and shipped promptly. Super pleased. Thank you!

I got this from the seller and I have to get it for my laptop. I remember having one but it was for a desktop computer that I had way back in the day as a kid. Thank you so much to the seller for letting me to purchase this item from. To the buyers to get this. Very well packaged together and look at the packages that it come with. Very explanatory to what item is used for. I hope that this will help

Very easy to use. It powered right on, and I was able to test it out by plugging in the USB cord and transmitting to my Windows 10 computer. I didn't need software. The basic instructions on how to use the Neo are on the back. It doesn't charge via USB. The unit takes batteries. Overall, very pleased. Great seller.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could, everything from the thorough packaging to the condition of the item itself(I can hardly consider it "used") to the lightning fast shipping(I am not being dramatic, it was fast), down to the affordability of it all. It feels like a steal! I'd rec. this seller time and again, far exceeded my expectations on what I had delivered. Thank you so much!

Shipping was really fast I was very impressed about that. Took the product out tested it it worked great even with new batteries. Definitely recommend the seller if you're looking for a Alpha smart Neo. I personally swear by these machine, I don't even type on a normal laptop anymore it's too foreign for me.
