My baby seems comfortable within it. The appearance was just as in photos, however colour was slightly off from photos as more of a darker grey and creamy white than it appears. Either way it's a beautiful pram and the owl pattern is genuinely really nice too. The value of the pram is also great too for everything you get with it. I definitely recommend getting it.
