The only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars is that it is not transparent in the description that the phone is refurbished with 3rd party hardware, so your iphone will give you messages that it can not recognize certain parts and you may lose apple features. Still i would recommend the seller and their products.

Unfortunately, it received a small bit of a damage in shipment (no fault of the seller, the package was quite beat up and the phone was packaged well). The seller was quick to respond, offered multiple resolutions, and followed up. Aside from the small bit of damage, the phone was exactly as described and otherwise looked brand new. Great value!

Very happy with choice - $1270 rather than $3000 for new one Would order from supplier again.
