I did though because I wanted a less expensive one for my child. It appears to be good, I have it all set up except for activation. It has a non Apple battery, but I guess that's ok. It has a few very small nicks, but overall it's in good condition. As long as it works properly when it's activated, it'll be a good deal. SUPER FAST SHIPPING TOO!
