This computer runs faster than any computer I have used in a long time. There are a few wear marks from previous use but still looks good. This is a great price for such a fast working computer. Extremely easy set up and still have all passwords. I expected to be a day with the 11 Pro but everything connected seamlessly. I spent $30.00 more and not only got Windows 11Pro but a very well refurbished Dell computer. The unit looks brand new and I also have a years warranty. How can you go wrong? Top notch seller, in my opinion. Thank you for a great transaction.

The things fan sounds terrible and janky, it’s clean on the inside though, after a few minutes of browsing it randomly gets all weird and the screen starts to look crazy. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone. You can literally find better for cheaper somehow, VERY disappointed. (Also is won’t let me give this a negative review, but it’s 100% negative, horrible purchase and product.)

Awesome, right? Well, yes and no, as the case latch handle had been separated from the case before reaching me. Case wasn't in horrible shape - just missing the case release handle. Contacted vendor and immediately received superior customer service and communications. Kailey know her business very well. A person could NOT have a more pleasant experience!
