The condition it came in was acceptable but there was still a thin layer of dust on the inside of case and the front grill I cleaned before starting device. I feel the value was good I opted for 1TB ssd and also ordered another from amazon to have more storage. The front cover had a few deep scratches but obviously doesn’t affect the computers ability to work properly.

Operating system started up ok (Administrator account was hidden, I don't know why). Seller added some additional apps, Which I removed. Boot drive was a 500g SATA SSD. I cloned it to a 1 TB M.2 SSD and added an additional 16g of DRR4 ram (all of witch probably voids the warranty). I would definitely buy from them again .

It arrived with a bad hard drive but the seller sent me another hard drive and I am writing this review on the computer all is now perfect! Like a new system for much less money!!! I can only recomend this to someone who knows a little bit about computer systems... I have since added a SSD M.2 and it boots fast! have also added the Dell SD card reader and changed the front bezel to add SD card slot got both on ebay...

Awesome, right? Well, yes and no, as the case latch handle had been separated from the case before reaching me. Case wasn't in horrible shape - just missing the case release handle. Contacted vendor and immediately received superior customer service and communications. Kailey know her business very well. A person could NOT have a more pleasant experience!
