Out of the box, the blades had to be adjusted using the included allen wrench (installers-choice calls it a screwdriver) in order to strip the cable properly. The allen wrench is stored in the bottom of the tool. Removing the wrench (carefully, I might add) "stretched" the pegs holding the wrench, and now the wrench falls out of the tool. I gave the seller positive feedback due to shipping time and the fact that I should have known better
