It doesn’t look like a reproduction shell, it just looks like it’s brand new and feels just like it should. The LCD screen looks amazing, and is aligned correctly. I only wish I had this screen when I was playing Pokemon when I was 8. My gameboy arrived quickly and packaged very carefully. A great price for the level of care and service. Just buy it! You won’t regret it. A+++++

It looks like new and is exactly as advertised, with fresh stickers and an upgraded backlit screen that makes a huge difference—gameplay is sharp and easy to see, even in the dark. I reached out to the seller for power adapter recommendations, and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The item arrived very well packaged, sold at a fair price, and I even enjoyed the warning sticker detail. Brought back all the nostalgia. Highly recommend this seller!

The parts are quality and about the ones I would use in my own build, esp. the laminated screen on this one, and they appear to be using either original or new rubbers that are less hard than the usual replacements, so they're nice to press on. For the price of a gameboy in the market + the parts, I would just trust these folks for the base gameboy DMG as the fee is fair.
